一件减压产品究竟如何被推理出来——从身体到材料。
材料是一个系统
泡棉决定弹性系数，凝胶导热并分散载荷，面料决定卫生与手感。我们把它们作为一个针对使用场景调校的系统来规格化——密度、回弹与表面一起选定，从不孤立决定。
设计取舍
更软与更稳相冲，透气与可洗相争。我们的开发需求把这种张力明确写出来，并为定义清楚的使用者求解——轮椅坐垫与办公坐垫，对同一道取舍给出不同答案。
制造纪律
制造手术体位垫的系统，也制造其他一切。
同一套质量体系
家用产品与手术体位垫运行在同一套 ISO 13485 质量体系上——进料密度检验、过程管控、出货检验。所有产线，同一套纪律。
自制，端到端
设计、模具、发泡、裁切与车缝都在台湾与中国的自有厂区内完成。掌握每个环节，让一致性成为流程属性，而非检验结果。
可验证，不空谈
我们只公布可被审核的内容：质量体系的 ISO 13485、皮肤接触面料的 OEKO-TEX Standard 100。认证文件全文可供合作伙伴索取。
